VIEW, CONFIRM & COLLECT

Before you buy.

Updated 2 October 2026 · Viewing and collection at ASPAMDA MARKET, Lagos, Nigeria.

1. Models, prices and enquiries

Model names follow our supplied catalogue. A planned regular price is a future pricing proposal, not a historical selling price; no effective date has been set. The current price is payable today. All displayed prices are per vehicle in Nigerian naira (NGN). The advertised vehicle price is the price payable for that listed vehicle; no undisclosed mandatory charge will be added. Any separately requested transport or optional item must be itemised and agreed before payment. Wholesale discounts, if offered, will be shown in a written quote.

An enquiry or viewing request does not place an order, reserve stock or confirm an appointment. Contact us to confirm availability and the exact vehicle, battery, colour and included accessories. Photos do not guarantee that every pictured accessory is included. Unspecified range, motor output or charging time must not be assumed.

2. Viewing and collection

ASPAMDA MARKET is our collection area, not a precise shop address. Arrange your visit and obtain the exact shop or meeting point before travelling. Inspect the vehicle and ask for a demonstration before accepting collection. Any known damage, used or reconditioned condition must be disclosed before purchase. Inspection does not remove rights relating to hidden defects.

Collection is arranged directly with the seller. Delivery, assembly services and road registration are not advertised as included. Any separate arrangement must be recorded before payment. The website does not certify a model for use on every public road; confirm applicable requirements for your intended use.

3. Payment and sale record

This website does not take online payments or booking deposits. Verify the seller and payment recipient directly before paying. Obtain a written sale record identifying the seller, model, quantity, price, applicable tax breakdown, included items and collection arrangement. Keep your receipt and purchase correspondence.

4. Repairs and warranty

We do not provide an after-sales repair workshop or maintenance service. No additional commercial or manufacturer warranty is advertised unless its provider, scope and duration are confirmed in writing. Spare-parts supply is not promised. These service limits do not exclude statutory quality obligations or remedies under applicable Nigerian law.

5. Problems, returns and cancellations

Contact the seller promptly if goods are faulty, unsafe, incorrect or materially different from their description. Provide the model, purchase date, proof of purchase and a description of the issue; photos may help. Stop using a vehicle with a suspected safety defect. Agree a safe assessment or return arrangement before transporting it.

Eligible claims will receive the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement or refund. We do not apply a blanket “no refunds” policy. This page imposes no shortened statutory claim deadline or automatic restocking fee. Change-of-mind requests and advance-order cancellations will be assessed under applicable law and any lawful written terms disclosed before purchase. Additional voluntary returns are not promised.

If a complaint remains unresolved, you may use the FCCPC complaint portal. Contacting a regulator is not conditional on accepting a store credit.

6. Your rights

Nothing here waives rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory Nigerian consumer protection rules prevail over any conflicting sale term. For official guidance, see FCCPC consumer rights and responsibilities.
